Who knew that there was an award show strictly for sci-fi, horror and fantasy flicks? Well, this weekend Spike TV’s Scream had all those who love vampires, intergalactic battles, robots and just plain gore walking the red carpet. Including among the crowd was newcomer Tanedra Howard (Simone from Saw VI), who traded in her babe in peril attire for some shimmer and satin. Good thing there were on menacing maniacs in sight because it’s hard to run in high heels…
